Please join us in welcoming Richa Koshy as the General Manager of Sycle.

Richa started at the Symal Group in 2019 working in Strategy and Growth. She worked closely with internal and external stakeholders in pursuing strategic projects and sectors for the business, including Salta Intermodal, Hi-Quality Bulla, Project Energy Connect, and the Berwick Multideck carpark.

After welcoming daughter Isabelle, Richa returns to the business as General Manager of Sycle. With sustainability and recycling at its core, Richa’s focus will be working closely with the Symal Group to reduce our collective impact on the environment and growing Sycle to support the wider construction industry.

Joe Bartolo, Managing Director of the Group shared his excitement for Richa’s progression.

I’m thrilled to welcome back Richa in her new role as General Manager of Sycle. We value great employees at Symal, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see her continue to grow within the business. We can’t wait to see what she has in store for Sycle.’

Richa’s time in the industry is nothing short of diverse. Having completed a Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Melbourne, she has delivered over 70 quarry drill and blast events, executed crusher maintenance programs, operated sales loaders and managed quarry environmental compliance. As her career progressed, she moved into commercial strategy roles, fortifying her understanding of the Victorian and national markets, and gaining a solid appreciation of the prolific growth of recycled construction materials.

Symal is delighted to build better together with Richa, delivering on Sycle’s vision for creating a circular economy that changes the way Australia operates.

Congratulations Richa.
