Rethinking traditional supply chains and reducing our impact on natural resources.
Sycle is set up to mobilise a fleet of specialised equipment that allows us to provide crushing, screening, shredding, stabilising and processing solutions there and then on the spot.
Mobile responsiveness reduces truck movements which means significant savings of time and money, and environmental transportation impacts of diesel absorption and C02 emissions.
Sycle has a range of equipment available for hire, including:
Sycle has a fleet of trucks including quads, hook bin trucks and belly dumpers. All of our trucks are able to carry EPA registered waste including Cat A, B, C, PFAS & Asbestos.
With the support of our recycling facilities, our fleet of trucks are capable of transporting waste streams from project sites while backloading products such as recycled concrete pavement materials, Vic roads topsoil and much more.
Our bin business is green star accredited and includes a fleet of hook trucks, compactor trucks and a variety of standard bin sizes including 6m, 12m, 30m, 240L, 660L and 1100L bins.
This gives us the capability to execute on-site waste remediation and collection – with the intent to repurpose and reduce what goes into landfill.
Sycle’s NDD bins are placed on-site at projects as a dedicated asset to collect and store NDD waste. Our fleet of hook trucks collect the NDD bins and dispose of waste at our facilities when full. This process greatly reduces or eliminates the need for NDD trucks to service projects constantly, hence reducing the environmental impact of trucks on the road and providing financial benefits to the project.
Following a natural disaster, we understand that local communities are the most affected, often experiencing loss of homes, critical community infrastructure and in need of rubbish and debris collection post disaster.
Sycle can assist in end-to-end disaster recovery management, from kerb-side waste collection and disposal to building and operating waste receival and processing facilities under emergency response conditions. Our specialised equipment and expertise in waste allows us to manage all aspects in-house including kerb-side collection utilising our bin business, asbestos risk management and removal, waste disposal with our fleet of EPA-accredited trucks and waste processing utilising our mobile shredders.
Features:
Sycle’s experienced and specialised team can manage asbestos risk and contamination end to end using our bin business, fleet of EPA-certified trucks and landfill facilities, to transport and safely dispose of contaminated product.
For fill contaminated with asbestos, we can significantly reduce the amount of material sent to landfill by utilising our specialised screens and removalists to abate asbestos material, producing clean fill which can be re-used on-site. This results in significant environmental and financial benefits to projects.
Sycle’s fully mobile and standalone water treatment unit targets output water with pH of 7-8 and sub-30NTU turbidity prior to discharge into local water waterways, as per EPA safe distribution in existing stormwater system guidelines.
The customized double hopper design ensures the unit carries more waste within the system, minimising the discharge process and reducing the need for labour. The innovative panel and channel design within the system prolongs dosing of water and the unit’s pH and turbidity probes run live, allowing real-time adjusted chemical dosing, minimising use of chemicals, hence protecting the environment and reducing spend on chemicals.
Key features:
Landfills are quickly running out of capacity and the costs associated with contaminated waste disposal are significant.
Sycle has the capability to work with clients to provide solutions to downgrade contaminated soils, utilising our specialised equipment and in-house expertise in soil management.
