By remanufacturing construction waste into valuable resources, we’re not only reducing the industry’s environmental footprint but also creating meaningful employment pathways for people facing barriers to work. Our Social Inclusion Strategy connects us with Indigenous communities, people with disabilities, veterans and those experiencing disadvantage — turning environmental action into long-term social value.
The judges recognised Sycle for embedding social value and environmental stewardship at the core of our operations. As a vertically integrated circular economy business, Sycle’s model demonstrates how corporate responsibility and business success can go hand in hand.
This is our second consecutive award at the Geelong Business Excellence Awards, following last year’s win in the Emerging Business category — a reflection of our team’s passion, purpose and progress.
